Omni Volume™ Eyelash Extensions are adhered together gently at the bases enabling you to create fans with evenly spaced extensions that are wide at the tips, remain held together at the bases, and do not collapse during attachment. The great thing about Omni Volume extensions vs. premade clusters is that they are universal! You can use them to create fans of any size (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, etc.) all from the same tray for fully customized Classic Single-Layer™, Xtreme Volume™, and Hybrid™ looks. We are indeed so sorry to hear of your medical issues, the impact of the pandemic and your divorce. We have all faced difficult times during these last two years, some much worse than others. Contrary to your impression, during the pandemic we reduced the product purchase requirements to remain on the directory and to achieve a higher account discount. We did this because many of our beloved clients had a serious reduction in work during the pandemic. Again, we are so sorry to hear of your situation. If you will give us a chance, it is easy for qualified, Xtreme Lashes-trained lash stylists to regain their Directory listing. Please call customer service and they can provide you the details. We believe in truth in advertising and must police our on-line stylist Directory. Consumers who want the best lashes from Xtreme Lashes trained stylists using authentic Xtreme Lashes products must be able to rely on our Directory. If one of our lash stylists must stop practicing, due to a health issue or otherwise, it is appropriate for their name to not be listed on the Directory. Also, if someone stops purchasing authentic Xtreme Lashes products, their name should not be listed. If you go to a Starbucks, you expect to buy Starbucks coffee. The same applies to a consumer who finds her lash stylist on the Xtreme Lashes online Directory. We hope you will understand our intense need to keep our Directory relevant and truthful by keeping on those qualified by Xtreme Lashes training and product use listed. Please know that we reduced product purchase requirements during the pandemic, because many of our clients did experience a reduction in work. Lastly, we hope that you give us a chance to support you once again. Xtreme Lashes is proud to have set the original standards for this industry in training and product quality. Our mission is to help our clients be successful lash stylists and provide beautiful, safe lash applications. And we plan to continue our mission for many years to come.
