Ordered a PPE pan with brushed finish. They sent the wrong one. No problem but I really wanted the correct color. Asked for an exchange and they want me to pay the shipping back for their mistake. The one I ordered was more expensive so they sent me the cheaper one then wanted me to pay to fix their problem. After turning it in to my credit card company they sent out the new one right away. Updated from 1 star to 3 after the headache to fix the problem.

Great people, excellent customer service and most important.... outstanding products. Very reasonable prices unlike other competitors and for you other builders out there,very nice looking products. I would definitely recommend XDP to anyone.

I always call to speak to a technician and seem to get Nick. He’s always honest with me about what would be the best for my application and very knowledgeable about this field of work. Amanda from XDP provided excellent customer service. When I contacted her about a leaking radiator and the manufacturer not having one in stock to honor the warranty, she contacted the manufacturer and was able for XDP to take over the warranty claim. Instead of waiting another month I will have the replacement radiator in less than a week. Amanda and XDP did and outstanding job ensuring the customer was taken care of.

XDP Customer service is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. I ordered a valair dual disk clutch for my ram pickup. After only receiving one of my two packages, I reached out the customer service regarding my missing package. I immediately received a response and was informed that they had filed a claim with UPS. After learning that UPS had lost the package, XDP quickly shipped out another package. Without doubt the easiest company to do business with. I look forward to purchasing more products from XDP.

I've been researching airbags for a few weeks now. I made a call to XDP and I talked to three different people. Jake, Chris and Nick were all great! Took the time to explain so many different features of the products I was looking at. Ended up getting a really quality product. To top it off they even price matched a site that had a lower price.
