Bought 6 inch exhaust tips as a gift for someone. They decided they wanted 7 inch so I am sending the 6 inch back for a refund. Not happy I was unaware customer had to pay for returns so now I am paying almost $16 to ship them back. Not happy with their customer service, was short and eh to me when I asked about return costs and want to make sure I am getting a FULL refund since the tips are brand new still. I read they may charge a restock fee for some items, well they better give a full refund to me. Not happy this is my first order/experience with them and I don't think I ever want to buy from them again.

I needed to cancel an order, check the order status said it was still processing and they were still picking the order I tried to cancel the order they told me it was already shipped would not let me cancel the order I am had to wait for the order to come in spoke to two separate people they told me the same thing had to wait for the order to come in spoke to two separate people they told me the same thing their system is slow and behind is what they told me their system doesn't keep up with what they're doing i wouldn't buy anything from this place because their system is antiquated. Just be by or beware with doing any business with the company I won't do any business with this company I was going to buy another part until they told me I couldn't cancel the order that their system said was still processing and they were still picking it so to do, business with this company is on you, I also have screenshots of everything when I was speaking to them when I was speaking to them and what their website was showing my order status was

Talked to sales who was rude and short. I will use another company.

Purchased S&B body mounts. received an email saying they were out of stock at the manufacturer and that I could cancel my order if I'd like, so I did. I then placed an order direct from the manufacturer who showed them in stock on their site. Two days later XDP emailed me back saying my order could not be canceled because it had already shipped (it had not) but that I could return it once it arrived and was provided a link to do so. My return was approved but with a 10% restocking fee ($50) and I have to provide my own shipping ($78) for the cheapest method. So I lost out on $128 because XDP miss stated the availability of a product they sell. Very poor communication and business ethics. I do not recommend this company.
