XDP, Nick, and Caitlyn made this rather large purchse very simple for me to get what I needed. They were patient and followed up with my quesitons and concerns. They made sure I got what I needed and were extremely polite and professional. Excellent!

Purchased S&B body mounts. received an email saying they were out of stock at the manufacturer and that I could cancel my order if I'd like, so I did. I then placed an order direct from the manufacturer who showed them in stock on their site. Two days later XDP emailed me back saying my order could not be canceled because it had already shipped (it had not) but that I could return it once it arrived and was provided a link to do so. My return was approved but with a 10% restocking fee ($50) and I have to provide my own shipping ($78) for the cheapest method. So I lost out on $128 because XDP miss stated the availability of a product they sell. Very poor communication and business ethics. I do not recommend this company.

Nick and Dave worked together and helped me out with a warranty claim and purchase of new starter. Great guys to work with.

I will exclusively utilize this website following XDP's resolution of UPS's error. A critical shipment containing ARP 625s was misplaced by UPS, and XDP promptly dispatched a replacement.
