I strongly encourage to avoid this "company", its customer service is unresponsive. They sent me the wrong item and I have been trying to fix this issue for almost two weeks, no response on their end. Go do business somewhere else, you will be wasting your time and money here.

Lies, no communication, deceit,rude no disregard for the consumer. Very rare that someone actually answers the phone. No response to online claim center. No response to multiple emails Say one thing, do another. If you have a problem with a purchase....You are screwed. I am filling a dispute with my Credit Card Company I had assurance from 2 different people that I would be refunded the full amount for a defective mirror. They sent me a lesser amount, and refused to refund the balance. Absolute worst customer service / support I have ever dealt with.

My dealings with this online company was very poor. I ordered a rear LED 3rd center light and they shipped one that did not fit my truck. They said send pictures of the light that was on my truck and I did and asked for refund or replacement and they wanted me to send a picture of there light and when I asked if they did not know what there products looks like they were silent, right there I asked for a refund and they said it would be a 20% restocking fee! I asked for there mistake? Yes and also I would loose the $12.53 shipping & handling fee.

Received a broken headlight and I have been working for over two months to get a replacement. Customer service does not answer phone or emails 90% of time. Products are really not that nice and the price is not worth the hassle.

I ordered new headlights for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I received them and tried to install, it became clear that they do not actually fit as they were advertised and the only way to make them work was to cut the existing wire harnesses in my Grand Cherokee (something I am not willing to do). After reaching out to Xtralights via email, phone and the online "Help" function and waiting over 1 week, I have been unable to get anyone on the phone or to get them to accept the return of these unusable lights. What a waste of money and time. Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered items on 4/11/15. Still have not received complete order. spoke to cust service, emailed cust service but took three weeks to get 1st item and another week to get the 2nd item. Then despite more emails still no information on last (3rd) item. Now they are not answering any phones sales or service nor are they replying to emails except to acknowledge receipt. 5/20/15 received last item today. Some status or communications that it was on the way would have helped. Still recommend caution!

1. No items are listed as "in stock" or "out of stock". 2. I ordered a pair of headlights that were apparently "out of stock" and needed to be "special ordered". Neither of those situations were listed or communicated to me before or after payment. In fact, you must initiate any and all communications. The order was made on the 16th of September and on the 18th I initiated a chat with customer service to ask why my item had not been shipped yet. I saw on my account page that the status of my order had been changed to refund within minutes. On the same page it states that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to complete. 4. On October 9th (approx 3 weeks later give or take to account for weekends) I initiated another conversation with customer service chat to ask about the status of my refund. The visitor has left the chat. The chat is ended. SO, they had not even processed my refund yet.......I accepted the customer service answer and I waited. 5. AND I waited. It is now Tuesday, 2 weeks after my last conversation with customer service. I still do not have a refund, and their chat service is offline at the moment. If i had thought to copy and paste the message I left them I would paste it here as well, but i did not. I will never hand another penny to this company and I am suspicious of these other 5 star ratings. Please check more than one source when you read up on this company. Their BBB score is an F.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The sent me the wrong part after waiting over a week. Then, i call and tell them and they tell me it will be another 2-3 weeks before they can get me the new one. I told them i wanted a refund and they wouldn't issue me one because i "hadn't given them a chance to fix the issue" then hung up on me. so now i'm stuck with these pieces of crap that are just sitting here because they won't fit my truck. Save yourself the time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
