Quick after sales response. The package was damaged during transport, but after contacting customer service, they promptly sent a replacement which arrived on the third day.

The product is very much as described. It's good, very good. I would have appreciated a thrust, maybe next time! Also, the toy is a little louder , however definitely appreciated and fun! Easy to clean too!

I have to say the XT5 works well but it needs to have a slower speed. The lowest speed on it still to fast. Any one knows of a one with slower speeds.

It's very good for beginner. The only problem is it's a bit tight and you need more lube.

My product was delivered and works great! But I had to contact customer service several times just to get a tracking number. They should have sent it out automatically through email like any other company. I checked my inbox and spam emails, too--never got it.

Item is a little difficult to hold in place, tends to move if not paying attention. Nice that comes with 2 sleeves but 1 is too small for me to fit in, must come with 2 for smaller guys. And item is kind of big so it’s difficult to hide from unwanted eyes

The experience was above average after the initial lack of communication from Xspacecup pertaining to my shipment. I was never notified that the product was not going to arrive within the 7-14 days. I had to reach out to the company myself. The product itself is as described and functions well. The suction cup to attach and mount the toy does not work and is not well designed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
