Well built and it has a lot of features but not enough suction. Also the rotating function was unnoticeable.

I received this yesterday. I placed it on the charger for 6 hours like the instructions said but never turned on. I used my own charger yet nothing as well. Sometimes the light comes on but won’t actually work. This thing should have been checked before shipping to customers. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied.

It needs to move up and down and not rotate. That hurts. I ran the battery all the way down twice and never got off.

Regarding this poor feedback to the item XR5, it was designed as a thrust & rotate machine and yet the cons is that these two features can't not work separatelly. As for the "hurts" of it. I would suggest you to add enough lube, otherwise the long lasting stimulation on penis can really hurt. Then there's the problem of not being able to get off, I must admit that you are too persistent a man for our xr5 to satisfy.
