A Pleasant Transaction
What started as a small disaster ended with me becoming a satisfied customer due to the amount of personal attention and ongoing communications I was given. It is unfortunate when things go awry but it can be unbearable when there is lack of honest communication or accountability. My package encountered a setback from the beginning because I chose an item that was not in stock (I think that was the problem) but my contact, Edison, apologized profusely for the delay and assured me that things were back on track and I'd be receiving my package soon, which I did, the next day. So, almost anything can be endured as long as you're not being ignored or taken advantage of and that certainly wasn't the case in this instance, to the contrary: I received daily updates, my e-mails were answered in a timely fashion and nobody tried to make excuses or put me off. Incidentally, the items I purchased were high-quality and functioned as advertised and I'm waiting for a couple new items I just recently ordered, so, that tells you a lot. I highly recommend SpaceCup.
