Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! I ordered several times hoping the next time would be a better experience but it never was. Nothing but excuses from the owner. I ordered Botox it comes warm, I have received other people‘s orders instead of my own, she will never offer you a refund she gives you a store credit and repeats the same terrible customer service. You pay extra for shipping and she ships it the cheaper way that takes at least 10 days to get to you so your product is warm resulting in an unsafe product. She’s a terrible business person and she is not trustworthy. I have filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and I intend on taking legal action .

Here are the facts: 💠Yes, some buyers received duplicate orders that they were allowed to keep as gifts during a significant system migration and amid affiliate fraud/theft. 💠We do not sell "Botox"; that is a licensed brand name that requires a Rx. 💠Yes, this customer had multiple instances of being unsatisfied with us because our system shipped via USPS Priority as a free upgrade, as it tends to ship faster to her location. 💠 One replacement order was also sent to the buyer, and one store credit was provided in another instance. 💠 After seeing that we could not find any easy solution for this highly negative customer, we decided it would be best to cut ties. 💠A FULL REFUND of the PRIOR 2 orders and membership was refunded immediately on the closure of the account. 💠 We are sorry she regrets her actions; however, slanderous actions are not helpful or called for. We wish her well.
