Agent Paul is very unprofessional and very rude, speaks aggressively and has no idea how this business works, do not use this company !!!

Follow-up..the company called me to remove the review..without resolving my issues...to complicate the matter more they hired a drive who didn't speak English and insurance was expired..so now they are saying a claim can not be filed as he was never insured...Max is obviously not capable of resolving my concerns. Is this company being run by clowns..the level of incompetence and deception is staggering? Where is the Senior Leadership and accountability as its blatant that customer satisfaction and the customer experience isn't a priority for this company. Max even had the audacity today to ask me to pay $200.00 to resolve this issue and hung up on me when I told him no. You can not make this up. Is this even a legitimate transportation company? Again stay away from this company..do not trust them with your transport needs. ‐------------------------------------------ DO NOT Use this company to transport your vehicle This vehicle transportation company is the worst. DO NOT use them. They delivered my vehicle to me at 10PM...so I had to inspect it using a flashlight. The damages that I immediately noted during off loading I showed the driver and took pictures of it. I sent the pictures of damages that I identified and the BOL (no damages noted at the time of pickup and no signature at pickup nor drop off) to the dispatcher. I called the dispatcher the next day (Max) and he said that he was working to resolve my issues. It's been 3 weeks and they are giving me the run around and all I hear is why they cant resolve my concerns cause the driver doesnt work for them. DO NOT trust this company to deliver your vehicle safely, find another provider as customer satisfaction and safe vehicle delivery is not a priority as they state on their website but taking your money is. Worked with Thomas Scott and quoted $750 from Phoenix, AZ to Kansas City MO. the day of pick up he called and said his driver was full for today and has one for tomorrow for $1300. Seems like a scam operation. Received a call from their “customer service” asking me to take my comment down if they fired Thomas Scott and assigned my transport to another member of their team who would quote the lowest possible price. And asked if that would satisfy me enough to remove this comment. I responded with the only way I’d be satisfied is if they picked up my car tomorrow (1day late from my contract date) for the same price as the quote, $750. I’m doubtful I will get a call back and wonder if it’s even a legitimate business that I am willing to hand my keys over to.

I planned and signed a contract over a month out. Starting a week out I didn't get anything so I reached out to the company and received an email from "Hardy" indicated everything was good to go. Scheduled to be picked up on Monday, I did a follow up email on Friday, and on Saturday AM I received a response saying that he couldn't do it at the presigned contract price and he wanted to re negotiate. This was arranged a month in advance - I hadn't seen the warnings, so I was getting leery and sure enough. I do have the emails, and such regarding this. This is fraud...its called bait and switch and to do this to a disabled veteran who has a tumor on the pituitary who can't be put under stress...and relocating for medical purposes, this is just wrong.

This company uses bait and switch tactics and give u a false rate. Once you pay the deposit, they jack up the rate and hold your deposit. Bunch of scammers

Extremely unprofessional and dates and times that were given were not honored and communication was very sparse. I was given the number of the driver and called the driver 5 days after my vehicle was picked up to find out where it was. I received a call from the dispatch literally yelling and cussing me to not call the driver. Needless to say I told him that he was very brave over the telephone. Trash company!!

This company is a fraud. They lie to you via text, then call you the day before saying the driver is a few hours away, but they need more money. The order/contract is null and void. It’s only a contract if you decide to cancel. When they decide to pipe you, it’s only an order. They also keep you on a master board once you tell them you want to cancel, so your rate will be driven up higher when you attempt to go with a new, truthful transport company. This company is a fraud, and indulge in shady, dishonest practices.

They repeatedly harassed me with unsolicited messages, even after I explicitly told them to stop. One of their messages was sent before 8 a.m., which is a clear violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). I tried to address the issue directly with the company, informing them about their TCPA violations and the compensation I was owed under the law. Instead of taking responsibility, their response was dismissive, claiming they are a small company and can’t pay me anywhere close to the amount owed. They didn’t even make an offer or attempt to negotiate a resolution. I waited long enough for a fair resolution, but they failed to act in good faith. As a result, I am filing formal complaints against them, and if necessary, I will seek legal assistance to hold them accountable. I urge everyone to educate themselves about TCPA rules to protect your rights. Companies like Xpress Auto Transport should not be allowed to take advantage of consumers and disregard the law. If you’ve been harassed or violated by this company or others, I recommend speaking to an attorney to explore your options. Stay informed and don’t let companies like this get away with such behavior.
