Tim was very helpful in getting the vehicle from neworleans to newyork.he helped us emensly.it was great.we thankful to Tim at express auto transport inc..iwas forced to write that reveiew or they wouldn't deliver my car they were transporting.this company is horrible they basically blackmailed us .tried to charge us double of the agreed price we were quoted. Took them from 10am sat nov.15th towed nov.19th to drive from neworleans to new york.driver said he got pulled over in Alabama and they searched our car and the contents we had ashes of two family members in a suitcase inthe car with letters for transportation.driver called yelling using the F word saying papers were fake , they werent.thats when they said they wanted more money because the driver was now scared.car was suppose to be here Tues between 7:30 pm and 8 pm.we got the car at 1:30pm we'd. Terrible company.one guy Tim was nice.but he kept telling us to give the driver a $100.00for his trouble .but noway.made me climb up on transport in high heels to inspect the car.he refused to back car off carrier until he was paid.we wouldn't pay until we inspected everything so he wouldn't back the car off transportp.what a nightmere. Wouldn't reccomend this company to transport my garbage.

I contacted Xpress Auto Transportation, Inc. to arrange transport of my motorcycle from California to Florida. I spoke with an agent named Joseph Patrick, who initially provided a quote and later stated he could apply an additional 10% discount. I also informed him that I required an enclosed trailer and that delivery would need to be delayed by about two weeks, as I was moving to Florida and would not arrive until then. He agreed to these conditions; however, when the bill was issued, the 10% discount was not honored. The motorcycle was scheduled for pickup on Tuesday. On Monday, I received a call from the company, but since I was on the phone at the time, I missed it. No voicemail was left, and when I returned the call, the representative told me they had many agents and could not determine who attempted to contact me. On Tuesday morning, I called Joseph Patrick to confirm the scheduled pickup. He told me that a driver had been available to pick up the motorcycle the previous day—despite Monday not being the agreed-upon date—and that the pickup could not occur because I did not answer the call. I don't understand why he left no voicemail or why additional attempts were not made to contact me, especially considering the importance of the delivery. He then said he would try to arrange pickup later that day, but this time advised that only an open trailer was available, that delivery would occur about a week earlier than I requested, and no storage would be provided. I told him that I could have someone available to receive the motorcycle early, but reiterated that I needed an enclosed trailer as originally agreed. I did not receive any call from a driver that day. When I reached Joseph Patrick again, he told me he had been unable to secure a driver and would try for a Wednesday afternoon pickup. On Wednesday, I received no call from him or any driver regarding pickup. When I called that evening, he told me he would arrange for the motorcycle to be picked up Thursday morning. I told him I would be leaving the state late Thursday morning and would need confirmation from a driver Wednesday evening to proceed. I never received such a call. On Thursday morning, I called Joseph Patrick but received no response. I then called the company’s main number and spoke with a representative who told me she had contacted him and that he had texted he was unable to respond. I was also told there was no regional manager available to discuss my situation. I did not receive any calls that day from either the agent or any driver. Because I was leaving the state and my house was already being turned over to new occupants, my motorcycle still had no pickup arranged. I ultimately had to make last-minute arrangements to store my motorcycle. Joseph Patrick did not call me again until Friday afternoon, after I had already left the state. In my experience, the company failed to honor key terms that were agreed upon, did not communicate reliably, and did not provide escalation options when issues arose. These failures caused me significant inconvenience and forced me to make alternative storage plans at the last minute. I believe this company is completely unreliable for any transportation needs.

"I had a very bad experience with Xpress Auto Transportation Inc. I normally work with NRG Transportation, but someone from Xpress Auto Transportation - an agent named Joseph - contacted me and even sent a fake screenshot about my vehicle shipment. Thankfully, Tim from NRG Transportation took the time to explain what was really going on and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. I truly appreciate NRG's honesty and professionalism. I do not recommend working with Xpress Auto Transportation Inc."
Confusedandstressed
Hi. I know how stressful this process of finding a car transport service is. It is very overwhelming and full of conflicting reviews and manipulation and pressure. So I wanted to add my experience with Xpress to help others make this decision. I have been completely ghosted by this company and have included our entire text conversation in a Reddit post title Ghosted by Xpress Auto Transportation Inc. I post this solely to assist others in making an informed decision through a review with evidence of the experience. I am now trying to work with another company. If I have a good experience I will be sure to leave that review as well. Good luck with your move. You’ve got this

These people are corrupt. Do not hire them. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. I tried to ship a car and never gave them permission to post my vehicle, but they did and it made it extremely difficult to get a good broker. My car has been sitting for days because of them.

Dishonest, they make promises of low prices. They say it's final price. But then they don't show up, and make an excuse about the driver, and then drag you along for a few days and tell you they have to raise the price. Right out of the bait and switch handbook. You don't actually save money, you end up paying more, and it's such a nightmare to deal with. Run!

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us felt this way. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations around pricing and scheduling are not met. While we strive to provide accurate quotes and reliable service, there are times when carrier availability or market conditions can impact the final cost. We take accusations of “bait and switch” very seriously, as this is not how we intend to conduct business. Please reach out to our compliance team with your order details so we can investigate your case thoroughly and work toward a resolution.
