Mostly great, joints are hit or miss.
I mostly love the x-poles I have. They're easy to set up and take down, and easy to transport in the trunk of my car. Out of three sport poles I have though, one has given me continuous troubles with rotating joints (even after replacing the A pole, and the 1000mm extension, and replacing the rotated joints with the longer ones, all of which I had to pay for myself). I'm pretty sure it wasn't an issue with not tightening the joints properly, or tight enough, because I had researched the poles before purchasing and was dead-set on doing everything I could to avoid the joint rotating issue. Still had the issue. Turns out it wasn't me, it was the joints/pole. I hope they've fixed the joint issue, or plan to if they haven't already because otherwise xpole makes a great product.

Analynn, Thank you for your lovely review. It’s great to hear your positive comments and your criticisms. Regarding the X-Joint issues that you have mentioned, if cared for correctly, the X-Joint system is extremely reliable and we have studios all around the world using them on a regular basis. It is true that we had some problems with our initial joint, which has since been upgraded, as these – provided they are maintained – should give reliable service. Our technical team is always on-hand, during office hours [9am-5pm], if you need any advice on care/maintenance of your X-Poles, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions at – 1-888-976-5387 or email us at [email protected] From, The X-POLE Team
