Pathetic Customer Support
Never seen such pathetic customer support. There is no responsiveness at all. You send them 5 emails and they never respond to them. You connect them to Whatsapp chat, they listen and after sometime disconnects. You ask them for call support. They say there is no such support.

Untrustworthy, poor CS, and GDPR breach
They issued a voucher that had already been issued/used by someone else in Germany (I am UK based). When flagged this with their CS, they breached GDPR and gave me the person's full name, and email address to confirm I did not know this person. Poor CS followed, I was asked lots of questions, I would answer, then I would get a generic response back. This was repeated again and again. After that I kept getting the same copied-and-pasted response from them, saying it was a priority and they were 'looking into it'. They made no effort to rectify the situation and would not acknowledge any request for a more local, or senior contact. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Customer effort high - No CRM follow up.
Your "successful and will be delivered soon" order could stay in Pending mode in Xoxoday's CRM system for ages, until you as a customer, decide to shake them and request why after several weeks you still have not received your products. Update: email received from Trustpilot on May 2023 informing that Xoxoday asked for more details on this 2021 review.
