I ordered 2 items from XOhalo as a present but later changed my mind. I was a little worried as I couldn’t see a “cancel my order” button anywhere on the confirmation email. However an email to customer support got a quick reply from “Jennifer” and my order was cancelled, even on a Sunday. Pleasantly surprised.
