My neice purchased something from this company and I did not authorize the charge and I've been trying to cancel it and this company is so horrible about this it's coming from China the merchandise it hasn't even ship and they are taking me through it trying to cancel this unauthorized purchase don't order anything from these people it is not any good and the customer service is horrible they want money money they don't believe in REFUNDS

Kind of the typical scam, I ordered something that looked completely different online (jumper), it took a long time to come and when it did it looked like the minion overalls and the fabric was completely different I didn’t expect to be able to return it and had low expectations for a refund but I sent a message to their customer service team within the 14 day window and with all the required “proof” (photos of product, photo of shipping labels, etc) and they determined that they could offer me a 10% refund for $3.40 😂😂 I was not surprised - just mad a took the bait and ordered from them in the first place Don’t expect to get what you ordered and don’t expect a return or refund

Horrible.. I have been trying to get my bags going on 5 months, they stated they delivered it, but when you look at the shipping slip, it was delivered to St Petersburg, Florida… I am in the Seattle Washington area. Please do not buy from this company, give the money to a person that needs it.

I ordered two bags on the 2nd of March, I received a confirmation email saying I would receive an email when my items were shipped. This never happened. I contacted them at the beginning of May and was sent a link and told this was the shipping information for my order. It said my order had been delivered. However it said my order had been delivered to the United States, I am in the UK and mostly definitely ordered it to my address. I replied to there email pointing this out, as clearly they didn't check it themselves and heard nothing back. Do not buy from this company, utter shambles. I have just sent another email asking for my money back.

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered back in March, it’s now December and I STILL haven’t received my order. I tried getting my money back three months ago and they said I can’t as it’s already in transit. Well where is it then? They’re a scam and they’re customer service is pathetic.

I ordered a bag from them towards the end of June. I asked about it a month later & got the run around about Covid causing delays. They tell me they’re going to track it, then send me a link to a tracking website that doesn’t work. I’ve asked about it multiple times & get the same response word for word, but no answers on this stupid bag. It’s been a few months & I’m clearly not getting this bag. So I hope they enjoyed the free money because I know I’m not getting that back either. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR JUNK!

SCAM NO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! My boyfriend ordered a purse for me april 25th they claimed it was shipped and in transit on may 25th. It has never arrived and with every email sent they keep telling us it will arrive any day and wont refund. I never order from these companies for this reason, unfortunately he wanted to surprise me and was trapped
