I own my own Academy and was looking for new gear (rashguards, shorts, shirts, and hoodies). After emails with Xmartial they designed all my gear which turned out nice. They sent me the size chart to place my order. I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of gear in various sizes according to the chart they sent me. All the way from XXS -XXXL. The PROBLEM was when I received the gear the XXS gear which was supposed to be for the kids group (I ordered A LOT for kids) was too big. When I called the guy who I'd been working with he told me, "There adults XXS not kids sizes, that I never said anything about kids sizes." I screenshot the my emails where I said kids sizes was the most important part of the order and sent it to him. He called right away and said he never saw that so he never sent the kid sizes and the best he could do was give me a small discount on some kids gear. I have about 80 rashguards that NO ONE can fit because of his mistake that I paid for.

I ordered 2 custom rash guards. They came out fantastic! Fit is perfect. I was well informed at every step all the way through to shipping. I have recommended xmartial to anyone who asks where I got them. I will definitely use xmartial again. I created a custom order for rash guards, received feedback for the design almost immediately and had them shipped to my door all in about 3 weeks. Far faster than expected based on similar purchases from competitors previously.

I had two orders from XMartial and both came in exactly as expected! The material is breathe-able and moveable. The custom rash guard turned out exactly how I wanted!! The seller was persistent in making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it to turn out. Will definitely be ordering again.

Winded but worth it - Honest Review. :) I’ll update once my order arrives but did not want to forget to include the truly amazing customer service in my review! I accidentally ordered an item in the incorrect size and realize a second too late. I reached out anxiously through email and not only received prompt replies (on a weekend), but they also asked additional I formation to ensure the size I ordered would be the best fit. When my notification app advised my order had shipped a couple days later, it still listed the incorrect size. I attempted to call and received the voicemail at first. However, someone called back right away. I also received a text (where I was speaking with an actual person) confirming the order did process in the correct size.

Ordered What I wanted And got everything fine with no issues. I found their Rashies, Muay Thai clothing to be very high quality. And I love the Rubber guard at the bottom of the rashie to prevent it sliding up. The reason my review of it is 4/5 not 5/5 is the following; 1. Tank tops are very overpriced relative to quality 2. While communication is excellent and informative and they do notify that reply times are 24-48 hours. I personally find that a little long specially if enquiries are urgent. Other than that it has been excellent. Their customer service representative Stacy was very Helpful.

I bought two different rash guards from XMARTIAL, customer service was great, both arrived fast and fit perfectly. Been using them for around two months now for HEMA and they took serious punishment from grappling and blunt weapons, also used them for a few MMA and MT lessons including groundwork. They're still looking brand new, no deformities, no problem with the prints after being washed (by hand) several times. High quality stuff.
