Got the products and they looks great. Had few problems with the delivery but eventually it was sorted out by the customer service guys.

Material was too thin and it was long in the torso and baggy. The size chart is off. They don’t offer refunds if you have had an exchange so I will never know if it would be ok in the right size but I think it’s too thin and the wrong cut for a woman anyway. They did agree to waive the return shipping cost which was good. Disappointed.

Products are very nice quality but their sizing charts are way, way off. ALWAYS order a size above their recommendation from thru silly sizing tool. Returns are nearly impossible and shipping is slow. It’s not unusual to take 4 to 6 weeks from order date to actually get your items if you live in the US. Customer contract takes about a week per response as will so try to order the right size and the right item and then prepare for a long wait.

I ordered an in stock rashguard and shorts for my husband on Nov. 30. They delayed the shipment once to see if I wanted to add anything else to my order. Then I received an email on Dec. 5 asking to confirm sizing. The shipment allegedly made it to their carrier on Dec. 7. It is now Dec. 18 and still no tracking number. I have reached out multiple times and the response is the same. “Don’t worry, you will get it”. The auto emails state shipping takes about a week. Now I am requesting a refund. There is zero reason for shipping to take this long. And the audacity of delaying shipping to see if I want to purchase more is ridiculous and bad customer service. Their gear may look cool, but what’s the point if you don’t receive it. Do not shop here. So, after finally receiving the items and being refunded for them, I’ve decided to update the review. The rashguard and shorts themselves are very good quality and fit nicely. If the overall shipping experience was better, I would order from here again. However, considering the aggravation, being told to keep my fingers crossed, I doubt I would order from them again.

First, their sizing chart for rash guards is useless - they give a measurement of the garment from side to side, not any kind of standard garment sizing, as well as weight/height ratios, but these are absolute garbage. Second, despite appearing to be based in BC, Canada, the item shipped from Hong Kong and took over a month to arrive. Then when it arrived, it was several sizes too small. Return for a bigger size has been a huge hassle, even though the package shows a return address in Ontario, they want me to return the item to Las Vegas. Another option was to pay an additional fee to be shipped a replacement, but then they sent it in USD, so another $30 with no guarantee of being able to resell the first garment. It will be a nightmare if this one also doesn't fit. Lastly, their email response time is really slow and unhelpful. The only positive thing I can say is that the garment appears to be high quality. Just not worth the hassle and frustration. UPDATE: Feb 13, 2023 I would like to add that XMartial has since offered to waive the $21USD fee to replace the item, and although it was initially out of stock, it will be shipping soon. A customer service representative called me to let me know they would waive this fee. I hope they will be able to improve their sizing chart to make for an easier customer service experience. In light of this, I have also changed my rating from one star to three.
