The designs and quality of the rash guards and shorts are awesome. I measure 170 cm and weight 63 kg, size S fitted perfect for me.

The quality of the products is good. But the shipping and customer service is horrible ive been waiting for 6 weeks now. Customer support keeps giving new not working tracking codes. Good product but never ordering again due to the horrible delivery service. Would love to get finally help on my order. Edit Customer support helped me and gave me the right tracking info now. They also wanted to refund me for the worries which I declined. But they still did it and gave me a coupon. Totally turned this experience around. Thank you

Moin Sie benutzen ein Dropin in China, das ist aber kein Problem! Ich habe bereits 4x ein Shirt bestellt, die Shirts haben eine wirklich hohe Qualität! Die Beste die ich bisher an Shirts habe. Bei der letzten Bestellung wurde ein anderes Design geliefert. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support handelt es sich um das neue Design, im Shop wurden die Bilder nicht aktualisiert. Was nach meinem Ticket behoben wurde. Der Support hat mir als Kompromiss eine Rückerstattung von 30% angeboten. Damit bin ich absolut zufrieden. Der Support ist auch bei meinen anderen Bestellungen absolut freundlich und arbeitet schnell. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung habe ich ausversehen ein langärmliges Shirt bestellt, was ohne Probleme über den Support geändert werden konnte. Xmartial ist zu 100% save! Ich bin absolut zufrieden und werde auch in Zukunft wieder dort bestellen. Achja, Klar, der Versand aus China dauert ein paar Tage aber Zoll fällt nicht an da das Abkommen mit der EU und Kanada zählt und nicht der Versandort. P.s. Bitte bietet wieder das alte Design des Goku Rash Guard an!

I have multiple rashguards and shorts from them, even a Gi. I just had well over a 100 pieces of custom gear made for my Academy. Everything has been great quality, great customer service, and shipped in a timely fashion.

Honestly great customer service. They replied quickly to my sizing inquiry and did a great job with fitting my boyfriend with the perfect gear. The customer service is amazing and the shipping was quick considering it came from Canada. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought the hybrid 2.0 shorts and I’m so happy with them that I just placed another order for spats and shorts. Once I placed my first order, I was notified via email that my shorts were back ordered. I was given the choice of either waiting for my order or switching for the non 2.0 shorts. I decided to wait and not too long after I received a second email saying my shorts were finally back in stock and being shipped. The shorts are everything I expected to be. Very nice material and true to size. I’m very happy with the shirts and X Martial customer service.

Amazing rash guards! The rash guards are very strong and great quality. Their designs are awesome, I constantly get complemented for my rash guards at my gym. also, they do not absorb the smell of the mats which is a plus. I highly recommend Xmartial gear.

I ordered a BJJ no Gi bundle from xmartial and was really excited about it, because it is hyped so much via influencers on YouTube. Some days after my order I get an email, stating that they want to see a copy of my ID, because my shipping address wouldn’t match the address on the credit card. The fishy thing is, that I didn’t even use credit card, I payed via PayPal. After ensuring that this was not a phishing mail, I forwarded my ID, where you can clearly see my address. Xmartial just cancelled my order, because they were unable to find my address on my ID. This is just ridiculous and one of my worst buying experiences I had in an online shop. They suggested I place my order again, but of course the promo code I used wasn’t valid anymore. Never ever again ! EDIT after the answer: As you can see the answer, Xmartial still doesn’t get it. Talking about card owner protection, when I didn’t even use credit card, but PayPal. It’s just ridiculous and shows, that they even don’t know why they cancelled my order. They don’t even seem to bother reading my review, because I clearly stated that I didn’t use any cards. Think twice before buying from them and risking such a bad service
