Ordering
Ordering, shipment and communication with x martial were an unpleasant process.
Part of the order was shipped right away and half of it was delayed for over a month.
My wife's rash guard didn't fit( but then she's an odd size) but the replacement process was a bear.
Ultimately, the quality of the gear was nice, but the customer service and shipping process were unfortunately poor.

Hybrid MMA Shorts
I purchased a pair of hybrid MMA shorts that ended up being a bit too small to wear. Xmartial responded back immediately and helped me get the correct size. Shorts are awesome! Will definitely be buying again.

XMartial - Chinese Partnership
Tracking number system did not work on their website however I was able to make the tracking number work on another site - CJ Pack dropshipping. The product is made in China.
I'm not a big fan of products pretending to be Canadian made and then shipping directly from China to my door. China's human rights abuses makes me cringe when buying their products.
The shirt arrived in the mail about 4 weeks after ordering and I'm quite happy with how it fits and feels. My shorts did not come and the tights (pants) were kind of cheap and made of a different material than the shirt. I thought the quality of the fabric for the shirt was great - a blend of spandex and some kind of rubbery elastic. It feels a little slippery in its texture and is quite light. I especially like the rubber waist band at the base of the shirt.

Shirt was too small even using the sizing chart provided by the company. I notified them that I needed an exchange. In January, fees were paid, as required. As of Feb. 14th- no exchange done. Tracking # and order # not valid, according to XMartial tracking site. Business phone number was wrong the first time I contacted the company. Second time, phone # correct, but the long message essentially said, "Either send us a text messsage or an email." I have a long trail of emails without results. I would not do business with this company again. *Edit* Within two days of my review going live, I received a request, via Trustpilot, for identifying information. XMartial wanted "additional details to improve their response to me and verify that I was a verified buyer. Failure to comply could result in my review being removed."
XMartial, I received the replacement shirt 2/15/23. Connecting the dates: initial order 12/2/222, receipt 12/23/22, initial return started 1/2/23, completion of return process 2/15/23. I have a trail of 10 emails between 12/20/22 and 2/14/23. I have records of three phone calls that show that I tried to contact you. I have remained polite and respectful throughout this process. I am a verified buyer. My experience was as detailed. I have saved proof of everything: emails, incorrect phone number, credit card charges and mailing envelopes with different business names. If you get Trustpilot to take down my review, that is on you and Trustpilot. Since our business is now complete, I am done. Thank you. *Edit* XMartial used my additional information to message(s) me for permission to call. When I did not hear from 11:45 to 2 pm, I directed them to my email and stated that communication needed to be done by the end of business day. Definitely would not do business with this company again. I hope that this review stays up for others to be warned. I thought that they were a 4.6-star company and felt comfortable doing business because of the high rating. Sadly, they fall far short of the mark.
