I've bought a rashguard with them for my No Gi Jiujitsu training and it arrived quickly and with no issues. The Rashguard itself is very useful, pretty and good quality ^^

Really good quality. Folks even helped me by sending a smaller size first and then a larger size!

After the order, they contacted me on their initiative to once again determine the size of the ordered equipment, and if it hadn't been for that, I would have taken the wrong size due to my mistake. The service is excellent.

I have never had such wonder customer service the way XMARTIAL has given us. We immediately had emails making sure everything we ordered was the correct sizes and to make sure that is exactly what we wanted. I will be ordering my daughter & husband more items soon!

The processing and Shipping is Terribly slow. Slower than almost anywhere else I have ever ordered from. The Customer Services is the worst. I had to send an email 5 times just to get a simple question answered about my order. Then, when I inquired about the status, I got different answers from different reps. The item still has not shipped. I ordered it over a week ago. It will not arrive on time either. Paying for shipping for something that takes this long is insane. Really poor form. Will definitely never order from here again and will never recommend to anyone else at the gyms I go to. Update: the company did reach out to make amends as much as possible for the issues. Their call customer service is far, far better than their emails service.

My experience with xmartial is always consistent wether it’s talking to them about an order or about there product. The quality on there gear is such high performance and made for intense training. The best thing I love about xmartial is there support system for there athletes .
