Been waiting 2.5 months for short order.. customer service has no authority and I believe is based in another country Still absolutely no update. Only a rest assured, “ I will get this to my manager” I feel bad for the call center, but I placed an over 1k order that I’m starting to wonder if will ever get to me. Really confused as to how they have become such a big brand? Another time I ordered just a one pair of custom Muay Thai shorts, and they first sent the wrong ones.. and the right ones took about 2 months to come. Pretty frustrated. (Also I think this might be the only time I’ve ever written a bad review on anything) just have to give people a heads up.
