This is really sad and so disappointing, and I truly do not understand how this website has not been taken down YET! I order an outdoor shed and got a pair of socks, when I saw the package and looked at the label I knew I was scam. I guess sending the socks that was to be my shed for my feet.

It's a damn shame that I had to give it a 1 star rating just to be able to comment. Ordered a 330 gallon water tank and got a 50 cent shower cap from China. Unable to make any contact with them in any way. Filed dispute with card company.

Not worth one star! Total scam! I ordered a 3.1cu ft chest freezer fo $60 and free shipping. I received a small shower cap instead! **update** have now had unauthorized charges on my credit card which I only used for this purchase and have had to close it and put fraud alert on my credit bureaus.

They suck, I sent for a return authorization for 2 lighters 2 times and was rejected both times. Called them and no one answered. I owe 4 xikar lighters, will not another if this is how they respond.

This is a company in Kansas City, MO founded in 1996 that started out making a high end cigar cutter. They have since added butane lighters and other cigar related products. They offer a Lifetime Guarantee on their lighters. Mine failed after some years. Paid $4.25 to mail it in USPS. They are replacing the lighter and mailing it back to me. THEIR GUARANTEE IS REAL - No Gotchas... Jim Fitch Winter Park, FL 32789
