I had two table top Xikar lighters. One purchased in 2017 and the other in 2019. Both were having issues and I sort of lived with it for a few years. I sent both back for warranty repair and they simply replaced both lighters for free. The whole process was first class and I'm as happy as a clam.

This is a company in Kansas City, MO founded in 1996 that started out making a high end cigar cutter. They have since added butane lighters and other cigar related products. They offer a Lifetime Guarantee on their lighters. Mine failed after some years. Paid $4.25 to mail it in USPS. They are replacing the lighter and mailing it back to me.
