Service is very unreliable unless you bring up the frequent and regular outages for tv and internet. Our apartment management was sold a bill of goods. Promises were never fulfilled. Response to phone calls doesn't happen, silence reigns supreme when complaints are made. Simply put, Xiber is not ready for prime time. Their trump card is a slick sales pitch, then they just dissapear when customers discover they arebthe ones left holding the bag.

Incredibly quick response time in resolving my issue. I called at 12:25 and my internet connection was back by 12:39.

Since I’ve started my service with Xiber, I’ve been lucky to get Carly each time I reach out with any questions or complications. I was nervous using a new internet provider that I’m unfamiliar with, but the customer service so far has been exponential. Thanks Carly!

After three days of bumpy cable tv, Raine was able to listen attentively and politely to my frustrations with the service. She submitted a ticket to the engineer for follow-up and we discussed rebooting the system. The reboot seems to be working. Time will tell.
