I purchased Elfin Flip Projector on BestBuy, and received it with scratches on the top surface, suggesting it is a refurbished product. I contacted XGIMI support right the way, however the said they will not exchange it or take it back unless i have unboxing video. I contacted BestBuy.ca support, thinking they may be able to resolve the problem, however they said the seller has the right to refuse accept the product back, because it is Not Like A New, and according to XGMI terms, they have the right to do so even if i received it damaged. In reality, according to Canada consumer right, they have to take it back, especially if it damaged, and of course i don't have to have any unboxing videos. Also, be careful when reading reviews at BestBuy website, at the time of purchase, Elfin Flip has 1 negative review, I submitted 1 negative review explaining my experience with them, it never appeared and as of now, they have 0 negative reviews. Regarding the product itself, since it is running on its own XGIMI OS, you are unable to install ANY andoind apps, and you're limited to what they offer in their own app marker, there are about 20 apps there, all unless. Besides that, the only web browser it has, works horrible, freezes often.

Like most of you, I watched reviews on YouTube to find my next projector. XGIMI Horizon Ultra had amazing reviews. But the one review that matters most but never gets covered, is life span. I bought the 1st projector on Oct 2023, and I'm currently waiting for my 3rd replacement (Jan 2025). The quality of this projector is very poor. There are issues with the DMD chip. This company will not refund or provide a new replacement. You get second hand only. This time round I thought the least they could do for my constant inconvenience, was provide me with a discount code for the floor stand as its stupidly expensive. It was declined, due to this time round, they would be sending a new machine as a 3rd replacement. They think by giving me a brand new machine, is doing me a massive favour. 1 of the previous 2 machines should of worked. The audacity of this company is unreal. They do not care about customers, just your money and once they have hold of it, you are at their mercy. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Also let the youtubers know of your issues. They will stop reviewing the products if enough people message them.

Bonjour, suite à un achat sur le site xgimi.com ma banque m a appliqué des frais bancaire de 2% sur mon vidéo-projecteur. Préférez donc l achat sur les grandes plate-formes de vente.

Projecteur Xgimi acheté en 2022, quelques mois après la fin de la garantie, il tombe en panne pour un problème de Zoom. Je réalise que ce problème est connu de Xgimi et est un défaut très récurrent. Le SAV a refusé de réparer et prendre en charge malgré le défaut de conception avéré. Pire, les solution proposées pour réparées était hors de prix. Cerise sur le gâteau, un ami à qui j'avais recommandé XGIMI a eu également le même problème sur un autre PB.. bref marque a fuir selon moi.

Sehr schlechter Service in allen möglichen Optionen. Live Chat antwortet nicht. Emails werden ignoriert. Kein Telefonnummer wo man anrufen kann. Lächerlich und traurig. Bitte lasst die Finger von den!

I purchased a projector from Xgimi in July, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The first unit was defective, and the replacement they sent had the exact same issues. I spent weeks documenting the problems and speaking with customer service, but they failed to resolve anything. Despite being told multiple times that my case was being escalated to their "expert team," I have yet to receive any follow-up. It's been over a week since the promised response and I’m still waiting. To make matters worse, they’ve repeatedly cited operational issues with their warehouse as an excuse for the delays, pushing the resolution out to September at the earliest. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, with zero accountability and a complete lack of urgency from Xgimi. I’ve been more than patient, but the lack of communication and failure to provide a solution since July is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you're prepared to deal with faulty products and unresponsive customer service.
