I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the XGIMI Horizon. The picture quality is outstanding — sharp, bright, and clear even on a large screen. It’s incredibly easy to set up, with auto focus and keystone making it almost effortless to get a perfect image every time. The built-in sound is surprisingly good, but it also pairs perfectly with external speakers if you want to take it to the next level. I actually use this as part of my cinema setup business, and it performs flawlessly every time, whether indoors or outdoors. It’s reliable, high quality, and gives a real “big screen” experience. If you’re thinking about getting a projector for movie nights, sports, or gaming — this is 100% worth it.

Kyra and Bridge (Customer Service) were very kind and helpful. Not only did they accommodate a request I had, which they weren't obliged to provide, but as I unfortunately had some issues with the shipping, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the product and was satisfied. I cannot comment on projectors, what I can are the two accessories I’ve purchased. Whilst a favour anker nebula projectors, I trust xgimi accessories and bought a portable stand and now portable screen. Each well designed, compact and of quality materials and manufacture. I’ve owned the stand for a few years with no issues and the screen with a 50% off voucher and free shipping is ideal for the garden and camping. The material is not backed with black but is substantially thicker and not transparent like those you can buy off amazon. Items both recieved within 3-days and well packaged.

Have to say I don’t know where these negative experiences come from, bought the Mogo 3 collection bundle, was delivered the very next day, had a question about compatible chargers and received an answer the same day, customer service is fantastic (has been for me anyhoo) and whole experience has been faultless, looking forward to watching some movies in my campervan 🥳

Experience with the sales team: I have been following XGIMI projectors and having conversation with Evelyn X and Betty maybe for 2-3 months to understand the product and service better. Once I found a price that fits my budget, I have ordered it. I had big concerns when I read the reviews. Despite all of my concerns, all accessories came just in time. (within 2-3 days) The projector delayed for 5-6 days, and I was in contact with the team. I am told that carrier did not find the product, and this brought me a big nightmare. however, Lucas organise to send me another one immediately and I have received the Horizon Ultra after 3 days. Experience with the product: I have expectations but this product exceeded all of them. Packaging is 1st class. They have learned a lot from competitors. However, the picture quality during the daytime is amazing. I am not using a projector screen, so night time the dark colours are not as deep as a 4k. But that is not a cons as I've painted to the wall that is suitable to this projector. (I use Benjamin Moore's colour palette). It is not brilliant and turned out one of my best tech. investment. I wanted to wait to see how my experience grows and if I will have any problems. So far so good.
