I've been using this gaming server hosting service for a while, and I'm blown away by their support team. They are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I've had an issue or a question, they've been quick to help and resolve it. A top-notch team that enhances the entire gaming experience!

They offer no support or assistance no matter how many times you ask. Very bad, couldn't even access my own server. Do not use.

Hello There! We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. However, certain actions on your part have resulted in a delay in addressing your ticket. Firstly, you have opened more than five tickets within a four-hour period, which exceeds the limit of one ticket per client. Secondly, the maximum response time for a ticket is 24 hours, but your ticket did not approach this limit. Hello There! Your statement appears to be inaccurate. You have submitted two tickets. One of them was closed by you, and we did respond to the other. I kindly request you to review your email, where you will find our response. We would greatly appreciate it if you could consider revising your review, as it does not accurately reflect the situation.

Never been able to get the server to operate properly. The support was slow and completely useless. I’ll be canceling my server at the end of this first month.
