i whas bouying a server and i took them about 6-7 hours to get it up and running

Server was unaccecable for a long period of time but overall it was good

Customer support is lacking. Server robustness is decent

Im not the owner of the server, but I do having to ask the admin to keep on resetting it over and over again multiple times a day. So he invited me to become a admin so I can do it myself. Took me awhile to figure out how to make a account on your website, its not really "streamlined". And the one time I did try to restart the server it stayed on "Starting" for 10+ minutes. So I stopped the server for it to say "Stopping" for the next 10 mins, until I killed it. Maybe thats what I'm suppose to do. Stop ---> Kill? I dunno. Then when I started it, it never came back up until sometime the next morning. TBH I'm not that impressed. But when the servers up and running, it's up and running. And thats cool.

The server was up and running immediately, which was great. The down side was me and my friends exceeded our limit for the size of server we paid for and the experience was just having an icon pop up that looked like a connection issue for about 5-10 seconds, then the server went down. Right in the middle of the ocean on a boat and lost all our stuff. So be VERY careful about choosing your server size. The ability to upgrade the server was easy, but finding where to do it was not intuitive unfortunately. Overall I'm happy but it was a little bit of a bumpy ride getting there.
