Brutal service. Stole $10 from me. The server never came online, I was never given admin credentials. I have a ticket open it's been days with no response. Pure scam

Hello, When you cancel a server it get's deleted either immediately or at the end of the billing cycle that's why your server went offline. It takes upto 5 days for your refund to show up on your statement please be patient. regards,

I wanted to try out the server. Your website never loaded ended up charging me twice and when I tried to cancel you never responded. I have had a terrible experience. I never will be doing business with this company ever again.

Sorry, but the system is automated and sometimes there can be glitches but our team is always ready to help. From our records the invoices were never cleared meaning you were never charged. We however apologise for any inconvenience

One of the only server hosting that has smaller systems for a budget price! I love that for valhiem cause it's not very often that its more then a couple of us online at a time.
