for now i am trying to sell 2 tickets…
Update: Dont fall for the 5 star rating .When i posted this review i gave 1 star. after that the people from xchange tickets contacted me and asked me to remove this review and threaten me to delist my listing if the ratings are not changed. in fear of delisting at that time i gave 4 stars. And yes my ticket were not sold on there platform even after reducing the price multiple times. below was the review at that time. for now i am trying to sell 2 tickets of cricket world cup finals listing id 28079996. til now i find it a bit difficult to contact that as email is only the option for people in india. My tickets are listed and online. lets see whether i am able to sell them off. also i will keep you guys updated till i receive by payments. I will improve the rating as my experience working with them improves.

Dear Mohit, we are sorry for the inconvenience for your India vs Pakistan Cricket World Cup India orders as seller of your orders couldn't send the paper tickets timely via courier at least 5 days before the event so we had to cancel the order and issuing full refund to you. Apologies for the inconvenience due to some immature local sellers. Many Thanks

Dear Jonathan Maynard, we are sorry to hear that your listed tickets couldn't be sold on our platform. 100s of sellers list tickets on our website and only the competitively priced tickets get sold. Secondly sometimes there is a large supply of tickets available on face value on official website as per demand and supply rule then tickets resale websites cant sell tickets in that situation. Moreover, we checked our system, there are dozens of emails sent to you for your listing updates including email having advice on ticket listing and price. XchangeTickets.com facilitates the tickets resale however cannot guarantee anyone that tickets will be surely sold as many factors are involved in it. Many Thanks.

SCAM - Please avoid this company at all costs!
Please avoid this company at all costs! I exchanged 2 lots of 2xT20 World Cup tickets, was notified they had been resold and to date i have not received payment. This is a SCAM, avoid at all costs!!
Response from Xchange TicketsDec 6, 2022
Dear David, all pending payments for T20 World Cup were completed already last week, where sellers have provided us correct bank and beneficiary address details. Please make sure you have provided your bank details and account holder (beneficiary) address details with post code/zip code online and have also confirmed it. You should have received payment sent email already, if you haven't received it then please send your tickets sold listing IDs or Order number to [email protected] and we will do the needful. FYI, we couldn't find any pending payment under your name. Kindly remove this review once you have received your payment or payment sent email. Many Thanks

Scam, avoid them at all cost!!!!
I sold 2 tickets for the Asia cup through this platform. They pay you after 30 days after the event a) they never paid even though tickets were sold, b) they have removed my sold tickets listings after 30 days with no replies to email. I’m considering legal action against them. Avoid at all costs. It's a scam!
