We bought our tickets for Ireland v Tonga in Nantes the morning of the match. A few hours later we were emailed by someone at xchange tickets to say that the seller that we bought from did not have the tickets available anymore but would we like to receive tickets from a different seller in the same catergory seating…I replied yes and within 30 mins or so, the tickets were emailed to me and everything worked out perfectly.
