London New Years tickets bought in good…
London New Years tickets bought in good faith did not permit entry. Refused at the gate. In fact refued twice. I then spoke to an event organiser who advised only tickets bought from Ticketmaster were valid. The links sent were not correct and immediately refused at the gate.Multiple people had exactly the same problem. Avoid at all costs!!!

Dear Sir/Madam, We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied. Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account. However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links. We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject. Once again, sincere apologies. We deeply regret the trouble this has caused. Many thanks, Sales Team
