Xchange TicketsReviews of xchangetickets.com

The purchase process was great, but as I was a first time buyer here I wanted to ask Customer Service about the process and it was very hard to reach them- simply ringing no answer or vm or anything. When I reached them the line was so bad that I could hardly hear them. Otherwise all ok, received the tickets on time and no problem

I found Xchange tickets a very efficient and reliable agent. The tickets were confirmed promptly and then I could access them via download without any complications, in preparation for my trip to Paris to watch South Africa vs England in the Rugby World Cup semi final.

Site was easy to use for initial listing and amending the offer price to ensure a sale was simple too. Prices achieved were generally higher than on competitor sites.

a bit stressful because I had to keep chasing up. but overall everything was great.

I have resold tickets on xchangetickets and have been paid within 30/45 after completion of the event (final match)

good working
