SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!
SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! I paid $800 for what was advertised and sold to me as a custom human hair wig. What I received was not human hair -- it was fully synthetic. It also SET ON FIRE when heat was applied. From the moment I opened the package, the wig had an overwhelming fish-like chemical odor that was honestly one of the worst smells I've ever experienced. It was immediately obvious this was not real human hair and not what I paid for. The texture, behavior, and quality were completely inconsistent with human hair, let alone a "custom" product at this price point. Selling a synthetic wig while labeling it as human hair is misrepresentation, plain and simple. An $800 "custom" item should meet basic standards of quality, hygiene, and honesty -- this did not meet any of those expectations. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, and I would strongly caution others to be very careful before purchasing from this company. What was delivered did not match what was promised or paid for.

Hi Adonis, We take this allegation very seriously. XBL Hair does not sell synthetic wigs as human hair, and the wigs sold through our official website (xblhair.com) are clearly identified as human hair products. At present, we have not been able to verify an order matching the information shown in this review. Please provide your order number, the website or sales channel where the wig was purchased, and photos of the product and packaging through Trustpilot’s Request Information feature. Unfortunately, unauthorized sellers may sometimes use brand names, product images, or similar packaging without permission. Once we confirm that the order was placed through an official XBL Hair channel, our team will review the complete case and provide an appropriate resolution. We are sorry for the distress described in your review. For safety, we also recommend that you do not perform any further flame testing on the product. — XBL Hair Customer Care
