Your response does not address the main issue. I placed and paid for my order on 6 July. After waiting several days without receiving the service, I contacted support. I was informed that the issue would be resolved within 3–24 hours, but that deadline passed without my order being delivered. I only contacted support again because the promised timeframe had expired and I had received no further update. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask about an order that has not been fulfilled. Instead of resolving the issue, you terminated my account while still keeping my payment. I have not received the service I paid for, nor have I received a refund. From my perspective, this means you have taken my money without providing the purchased service. If you no longer wish to provide your services to me, that is your decision. However, you should not retain my payment for an undelivered order. I therefore request that you either deliver the order I paid for or issue a full refund without further delay.
