I placed an order for the Gamertag qwd
I placed an order for the 3-letter gamertag "qwd" over 2 months ago. Since then, I've received no meaningful updates, no explanation for the delay, and very little communication. I also explained in detail that I no longer have access to the email address I originally used to make the purchase, but that didn't resolve anything. Based on my experience, I feel I was scammed. To be fair, they did try to negotiate with me. However, the only solution they offered was a replacement that would cost even more money. Considering I had already paid $260, I don't think it's reasonable to expect me to pay extra just to receive a replacement. At that price, I expected the order to be fulfilled or, at the very least, to receive a fair resolution without additional charges. I would also like to note that, yes, after about two months I did state that I was considering contacting law enforcement. At that point, I felt extremely concerned and intimidated by the lack of communication and the amount of time that had passed without any clear explanation. This wasn't my first time dealing with this company, so based on my previous experience, I expected the process to take no more than about 2 months. Instead, I was left without meaningful updates, which is what led to my frustration and concern.
