We continue to receive unsolicited marketing emails from Wytlabs, often from different email addresses, which makes simply blocking the sender ineffective. The emails we receive also do not include an obvious unsubscribe option. What makes this particularly concerning is that Wytlabs replied to another 1-star Trustpilot review back in 2023 saying that the outreach methods used by an external third party were “not acceptable” and that they had ended that relationship. Despite this, we are still receiving the same kind of unwanted outreach years later. For us, the way a company chooses to market itself says a lot about how it operates. Based on our experience, we would not trust Wytlabs with our business and would not consider using their services. Their website also displays that they are a Shopify Partner, so we will be raising the repeated unsolicited emails with Shopify as well.

We keep getting unsolicited cold emails from this SEO company despite never signing up. We have no idea how they got our email address. There is an unsubscribe link, but it just goes to a Google Form. We’ve filled it out multiple times and the emails still keep coming, so it clearly doesn’t work or just gets ignored. Under UK GDPR / PECR, opt-out requests should be respected. Continuing to email after repeated unsubscribe requests is frustrating and unprofessional. We just want the emails to stop.

This company keep sending me unsolicited spam emails. There’s no option to opt out so they just keep sending me emails. I wouldn’t trust them with my business since they’re breaking GDPR by not having an option to opt out of receiving contact from them.

Receiving unsolicited promotional emails from any business is annoying, but when those messages appear to violate the federal CAN-SPAM law it crosses a serious line. A company willing to sidestep such straightforward regulations just to collect a lead sends a clear signal about its ethics. Think about it. If they will not follow basic legal requirements like including a transparent opt-out or securing proper consent for their own marketing, what shortcuts might they take with your data, deadlines, budgets, and brand reputation once you become a customer? Trust is built on respect and accountability, not spam tactics that risk penalties of more than $43,000 per email. Plenty of firms grow by playing fair and valuing prospective clients as partners rather than targets. Protect your inbox, your peace of mind, and your business credibility. Steer clear and choose a provider that honors the law from the first point of contact.

These guys have no clue about SEO business, and their cookie-cutter approach to email marketing gives no actual results. We asked to cancel their service, and we were charged for 2 months after we canceled it.

They keep harrassing my business! Since somehow they got hold of my business email, they email me non stop despite im not interested in any of their services!

This is a scam. Endless spamming of websites asking if they're in business & saying they have found errors on the site when this isn't true. Especially funny when they hit non-public pages suggesting they need SEO when this clearly isn't the case.
