During my horrible visit everything was bad 1 the Internet doesn’t work it only works for 2 hours. 2 the elevator was slow and didn’t work. 3 the pool was disgusting it wasn’t even under repairs. 4 one of the cleaners found my uncles car keys and said that give it back if we gave him 100 dollars he finally gave it back when my uncle threatened to punch him in the face. 5 ac doesn’t work. 6 there are cracks in the wall. 7 you can’t put anything on the tab which is weird. 8 we went to the restaurant and people were fighting every thin was over priced and didn’t even taste that good. 9 there were paper thin walls I was in room 417 and and I could hear people from room 402 . 10 the owner of this place is a cheapskate and if something happens he put tape over it 11 the elevator also smell like cigarettes and the hotel was a wast of money plus the beds weren’t comfortable so you might as well sleep on the floor. 12 they messed up the rooms so one person named the same name as another one of my uncles got a room while the one who booked had to wait an additional 2 hours to get a room even though there last name are different. So you should never go to this hotel you might as well rent an air bnb.

WorldMark by Wyndham is an absolute joke! We became owners with them earlier this year. We were in their meeting for hours when we were told it’d only be an hour max. 4 hours later, and after experiencing such mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion we were owners with WorldMark. The contract we received was a measly 5 pages long. There’s no Truth in Lending, no Public Offering Statement, there’s nothing but Terms and Conditions. We were told availability would be so easy to find, because we’d have first priority as owners. We haven’t been able to use this timeshare 1 time because there’s never anything available. We’ve checked more than a dozen times. This was such a horrible experience. We’re done with WorldMark, nothing good came from this encounter with them, and I urge everyone who reads this to not take it lightly, otherwise you’ll also fall for their traps. STEER CLEAR!

As a long-time Wyndham Vacation Resort timeshare owner, I am disappointed with the changes that have impacted the value (or lack thereof) and enjoyment of my ownership. Mandatory owner updates are just sales pitches (ZERO UPDATES GIVEN), and the points system is impractical and costly. Rule changes have limited my flexibility, and the lifelong commitment was not fully disclosed at the time of purchase. My financial situation has changed, and I am unable to keep paying $800/month. I requested that my contract be voided immediately but have not heard back from their corporate office. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised being that nothing has been right since they started implementing all these changes. I don’t feel I should be obligated to continue with a life-long contract when they give the owners no say in these changes. I also believe these changes were made to diminish the value of ownership, hence forcing people to constantly upgrade.

Can't get any help from the corporate office regarding my stay at Microtel in Holland, MI. The staff overcharged my debit card $300 trying to correct a mistake they made, and then the property owner had nerve to take issue with the review I left afterwards. Then, the property owner start harassing me with repeated phone calls and emails barraging me with insults and behaving borderline psychotically. It's been a week since I stayed at the motel, and I have still not got my money back. Despite that the motel is using their name, customer service has done nothing to help nor hold the property owner accountable because they tell me the property is not owned by them. So, I've scoured the internet trying to find an email and phone number as a workaround to customer service. Wyndham apparently doesn't want customers to contact them because several leads led to dead ends. I can't even file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as they said the company was unreachable.

If it was zero stars I would give it! Went to 2 hour tour at wyndham in pigeon forge, after sitting for 2.5 hours the manager came for the final sakes pitch his name was Matt!! After we declined his offer he gets upset and turns into complete smart butt and slams papers down on table in front of us and makes smart comments! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Even at one point said he makes salary and doesn’t care if we buy time share or not but his attitude was just horrible! No place for employees like this in a professional setting!! “Wyndham tour center in pigeon forge , Margaritaville employees especially higher up employees like MATT have no place there!! Avoid, this is a timeshare that just causes pain and heartbreak, unless you are US based and have a lot of holiday time to make it financially worth while. I joined several years ago and every time we go we are hassled to buy more points and the sales people lie about the cost and the benefits. It's a pit as the hotels are good in general and the city location ones are good, but the hard sell really ruins the benefits of membership. There are lots of Facebook groups of owners who share heartbreaking stories of trying to exit their ownership and end up with nothing for all their investment.

The signing process was rushed, leaving me no time to ask important questions or fully understand the agreement's implications. This high-pressure tactic heightened my skepticism and raised doubts about Wyndham's integrity as a company. The terms and conditions, including the limitations, were quickly skimmed over, adding to the feeling of manipulation. The financial burden caused by this ill-advised timeshare purchase has been overwhelming. It has strained my finances and made it increasingly difficult to cover more essential expenses. I have had to work overtime to keep up, impacting my personal life and well-being. Overall, my experience with Wyndham's timeshare presentation was deeply unsatisfactory. Their deceptive sales tactics, rushed processes, and the subsequent financial burden left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly caution anyone considering a stay at a Wyndham property to be cautious and vigilant, particularly when attending their timeshare presentations.
