The socks aren’t especially wide at the ankle
I just bought socks so far as I’m looking high and low for wide width and wide ankle socks. I bought three pairs. They took quite a long time to arrive, a couple of weeks. Note their items seem to ship from China to the customer. Anyway, they fit but they’re pretty snug. For a brand marketing to women with wide feet, they could be a lot more generous with the sock width especially in the ankles. Won’t be buying more.

Great shoes when it comes to support…
Great shoes when it comes to support and look but not wide enough.

Hi Anne-Marie, our footwear is crafted exclusively for WW/2E feet at the moment. As a new boutique brand, we hope to expand our offerings as we grow to offer additional width sizes (i.e., W/1E, WWWW/4E) as we grow. Lovely shoes. Inconsistent sizing. Terrible logistics.
The shoes are/were lovely; sizing is uneven, one fit well, the other was way too large, even though they were supposed to be the same size. Returning the too large pair was a nightmare. Just getting a return label took many days and I am still waiting for a refund. I know this is a new company, but they need to better manage logistics if they are going to succeed as an on-line retailer. Shoes get returned.

Well made but tight.
The shoes are made well. The color was as expected. I ordered these because I had previously purchased the same pair in black. The fit it is not the same from one pair to the other. I don’t know if it’s because of the materials, but the patent leather is definitively tighter. I don’t feel like going through the return process, so I’m going to keep them and see if I can get them stretched a little bit at the shoemaker. This is the fourth pair of shoes I have purchased, and kept. The fit for all of them is a little different. Overall well-made shoes.

We understand your concern regarding the fit differences between the patent leather pair and your previous purchase of a non-patent finish on the leather. Since some of our shoe styles are crafted using different lasts (shoe molds), there can be slight variances in fit, even within the same size. A patent finish on the leather, in particular, tends to feel a bit snugger compared to other materials due to its less flexible nature. We recommend a break-in period or stretching, as you mentioned, which can often help with the comfort over time.
