Inserts detached and covered my shoes on sticky residue that I cannot remove.
Width is great - as I have slim feet, there is a lot of excess space and I would size down next time. I used the sticky inserts provided to help the shoes fit better. Following the instructions and only sticking it down once, these did not attach properly and slide around when i wear them. Now my shoes are covered in sticky residue, which I havent been able to remove. Since it is sticky, i can only wear the shoes with socks now, and they are an open toe sandel style.

The shoes are beautiful …
The shoes are beautiful but not as wide as advertised.

Long shipping time without any…
Long shipping time without any communication from the company. Limited items in half sizes.

Hi Eileen, We’re truly sorry that your experience hasn’t met expectations — both in terms of timing and sizing. There were temporary disruptions with our shipping carrier partners recently, which affected the transit speed of some of our packages — including yours. We’re actively working with our partners to prevent delays like this going forward. Regarding sizing, we do currently offer half sizes in select styles and are in the process of expanding this across more of our collection soon. In the meantime, many of our shoes include removable insoles and additional padding to allow for a more personalised fit. Perfect width, average quality, some comfort
I received my shoes a couple days ago. I was expecting premium shoes, but the qualities is similar to Steve Madden’s. The width of the shoe and toe bed are great. Even with a wide foot, I still have room so I’m glad I sized down. They’re not exactly comfortable though. They did add a little cushioning, but with so many other companies out there, providing memory foam type dress shoes these don’t even compare.

The cons
The cons: 1- I ordered the Kelly block heel sandal and they're supposedly genuine leather, which I don't think they are. The silver color was peeling off the shoe in a few different spots and it looked like maybe they were worn. 2- it took forever to be delivered. The pros: They're comfy and fit very well. Size down. I usually wear a 10, but the 9s fit like a dream.

To clarify, we do use genuine, high-quality leather for all our shoes, including the Kelly style. The silver finish is a metallic film that is bonded to the leather — a standard process for achieving that kind of shine and color. Sizing is off.
The Width isn't true to size and because of this I would need a bigger size and you stop at 12WW.

Mixed (but honest) Review
The quality of the shoe is good for the price. No problems there. For the first time in my life, however, the shoe is too wide in the toe box (never did I think I would say those words!) and generally an overly large fit. It took the shoes a month to arrive so be prepared for the long wait. My complaint is now that I am trying to return the shoes, I am getting the run around. The company simply won't refund my money or send a return label.

Wider sizes needed
Please include EE/WW sizes. The wide size still isn't wide enough for me.
