The shoes are truly luxury- the finest materials and craftsmanship for a true wide fit!!! Oftentimes shoes this wide are lower quality materials/fast fashion. These are so comfortable and high quality- my feet do not sweat, never get blisters! I love them. I’ve also found customer service to be super responsive and helpful. I started with one pair, but I now own 6 pairs of wydr shoes. My regular width friends give me compliments allllll the time!

These are by far the most comfy shoes ive ever worn. They are stylish & go well with most of my clothes. The only problem was with my second order, they were thrown over the fence & the dogs chewed them up. But I rececived new pair soon after.

I am so happy with the purchases of my Wydr shoes. I have worn the sneakers and the sneakerinas, and I'm impressed with the arch support and the overall feel of the shoes. I look forward to wearing the 3 pair of dress shoes I purchased. Thank you for making these shoes.

I selected Wydr since they had a chunky loafer that I was unable to find in a men's brand. The Tate Vegan loafer is both comfortable and stylish. I've gotten compliments! The style is basically unisex and I think Wydr should focus on marketing to men as well as women.

I originally ordered a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit. Life got busy, and I missed the return window, but I reached out to the WYDR customer service team via email to see if anything could be done. They were incredibly helpful and worked with me to exchange my shoes for a different pair- and the new boots I've received fit beautifully! The quality is excellent, and they're extremely comfortable. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the WYDR team. They were kind, respectful, and professional throughout. I have a very hard time finding shoes that fit my feet and meet my orthotic needs. My feet are actually fairly small size 7, but I have fallen arches due to hyper mobility and so they are small but extremely wide. Almost every shoe I’ve tried that says it’s wide is not wide enough to fit my orthotics. I actually ordered a size 8 in the boots I ordered originally, and had to exchange them for a size 7. I was delighted that they were big enough to accommodate my orthotics and my extremely wide feet, but that they still fit the length of my foot and the smallness around my ankle. When I have had to order larger boots from different companies in the past to accommodate my feet and orthotics, I often found myself tripping over them. I also have extremely arthritic knuckles in my large toes and need extra room so that they are not being squeezed. These boots have literally been the answer to my prayers after two years of trying to find something that actually fits my foot. I also need leather boots as they fit and form to feet that have so many issues much better than synthetic materials. Finally, I want to get to the style. I care a great deal about style and fashion, and most orthotic shoes out there are just, to put it plainly, so ugly. The boots I ordered are SO stylish! I tend toward a punk look and the combat boots look amazing! I also found the customer service pretty great. When inquiring about exchanging shoes, their response was immediate. It did take a while to get the boots even with paying the extra delivery charge to get them here sooner, but my understanding is they come all the way from China so I have no issue with that. Just know if you’re ordering them, they do take a little while to get here, understandably

I was hesitant ordering from an online brand that I wasn't familiar with. However, the process for returns and refunds was better than expected. It took a little time but overall happy with the experience. I have the Mary Jane's and LOVE them! They are stylish and comfortable. Excited for the sneakers I have coming in, will definitely order from here again.
