I ordered shoes from Wydr Studios, order #37669. The package was delivered on June 4, 2026. The shoes did not fit, so I requested return labels on June 6, June 10, and June 12—well within the stated return window. The shoes are unworn and in the original packaging, but I have received no response or return instructions. I am disappointed because I am simply trying to make a timely return and receive the refund promised under the company’s return policy. I will update this review if Wydr provides the return label and resolves the refund promptly.

I paid for express shipping. I had to follow up with them 5 business days after the order was placed. Item finally arrives (late) without the "freebies" promised to be included. The shoes fit funny despite using a proper shoe sizer. I sent an email requesting a return label. Waited a few days and followed up again. Customer service is too poor for mediocre shoes. Keep the $15 and refund me my money for the shoes I sent back.

Have emailed 3 times no reply over 24 hours. Emails were sent during the business week. It took almost 3 weeks to get my order and when the shoes came I was out of town. Apparently I missed the return window. I would accept a merchandise credit, but since no one is replying to my emails I feel like I have wasted over $300. The 2 pairs of sneakers are labeled as a WW, but they are at best a MW aka MediumWide. The sandals are adjustable so i can make rhe width work, however one sandal strap was not stitched and it fell apart when I tried it on. No QC process, the one sandal is defective merchandise. I would like a new pair of sandals or have Wydr pay for the repair needed to make the sandal wearable.. Wydr deserves ZERO stars. Wish I had read reviews before I purchased. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Edited to add: Yesterday, June 4, 2026 I received an email with the return label attached. I'm sorry that it had to come to leaving bad reviews here and on Instagram in order to get them to respond. Their customer service is abysmal. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's rehearsal dinner. The width and length were perfect, however the toe box wasn't tall enough and it mashed down on my big toenails. I couldn't walk or stand in them without pain. I initiated a return on April 24, 2026. I've heard from them only twice in that amount of time . First they wanted to ascertain that I did want to return them, and the second saying that they had sent a return label, but I never got it, and I checked all my spam folders. I don't understand why they didn't just send it along with that email, but they didn't. That last communication with them was May 18, 2026. Today is June 3,2026, and I have not heard from them since. I send messages quite often asking them to send a return label, but all I get is crickets. Do not order from them if there's even the slightest chance you may need to return them.

The shoes looked nice but they didn't work for me. The hassle has been trying to return them. And now that they're finally giving me a refund on one pair and an exchange on the other, my refund amount is off and they haven't fixed it even after I emailed them about that too. (And before they try to claim 'it's because of shipping', no it's not, I didn't include the shipping price in my calculations.) Their site claims "easy exchanges and returns", it's a lie. Honestly I had high hopes for this brand but this situation makes me not want to order from them ever again. These shoes are not worth the headache. Oh and btw they offered me a $15 voucher to write this review but that voucher is going to go to waste because I am NEVER buying from them again.

I liked the look of the shoes and they fit width wise but they were too long and felt clunky with a flimsy strap. Initiated the returns process and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Questions I sent were ignored, and they asked for more info about my foot so they could give a size recommendation so I did and got ignored. Refund was given but only for a random amount that didnt correlate with either pair of shoes or the total cost, had to follow up with them to get the rest of the refund. Then had to follow up again to get reimbursed for shipping cost and they only sent $5 but the shipping cost close to $30 by regular post! Asked again about sizing recommendations since I really liked the shoes and they said theyd get back to me but nothing since! AWFUL returns process and customer service. Never ordering again and dont recommend them at all.

The shoes are well made but definitely have fit issues. Shipping is SLOW. The real nightmare begins at the return/exchange stage. Good luck with either. If you exchange you may not receive it. If you want a refund they will stall and stall. It was even difficult to get a return label. I will never buy from Wydr again for these reasons. May, 25,2026: yes, Wydr did FINALLY refund these shoes, however, I received an EXCHANGE for another pair of pink sandals I had returned when I asked for a REFUND. I have repeatedly asked for a return label and a REFUND but haven’t received ANY reply from WYDR. They did at one point ask me to change my review which I declined because I want buyers to know what issues they will have with this company which have NOT been corrected. Buy at your own risk.
