No response from customer service
The product really didn't work for me. I contacted customer service for return instructions but never heard back from anyone before the 30 day guarantee expired. I guess they really didn't want to give me my money back.

Review
Not meant for women of color. The black/brown isn't dark enough and it Flakes off like water proof mascara.

Not what was advertised
Was so excited to receive this product and was looking forward to finally having eyebrow makeup that lasted in the pool or at least for a few days as advertised. However it only lasted one day on me. Very disappointed.

Hello there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please keep in mind, WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.

Ordered for a friend
Delivery took longer than anticipated. I ordered these products for a friend who is losing her eyebrows and has to draw them on dily. i hoped these would help her out a bit by not washing off easily. After some research, I did note that several people had [problems but have faith in my friend as she applies brows daily. I passed on info i learned in research. She messaged me yesterday and had done the Wunder product. She stated it went on ashy and darkened as it dried. She agreed with what info i had told her and that is you need a far better application brush then the one that comes with the product. So far so good but its only been one application so far to test

Product OK, but I didn't like the color
The product works as promised, but I bought the brunette color and found it to have almost a greenish tint to it.
