Satisfying. I will buy tis product again

It is asimportant to have a good product as it is to keep your promise. Customers depend on receiving what they ordered, when it is promised. I ordered my products and the expected delivery date was Friday and I left on Saturday. No time to exchange it by the trip. I then called customer service n he processed me, was very short and I had to ask him if he was ok. You messed up my order and treated me like I did something wrong.

Smooth to apply and looks natural.

Used one and the tool that is inserted into case broke on the first use. Junk as far as I can say

When applying the product, it tends to clumps, though I used the brush to spread it, it did not apply well. I watched all your video to assist me and none worked as indicated. I was very disappointed because I took advantage of the buy two, get one free. So I gave away to two of my friends. I did like how it last once with the assistance of mascara to make look better.

Placing an order was very easy, quick, and delivery was prompt. The product itself is wonderful!! It enhances brows yet looks completely natural. I just placed another order because my daughter stole my WunderBrow. I also ordered the mascara and can't wait to try it.

Website was easy to navigate. Ordering the product was very easy to do as well. The only issue I had was not being able to track my package with the information given in the email. But it was easily fixed when I emailed customer service notifying them of my problem and they fixed it for me very quickly!!!
