Love this product, so glad that I finally found something that works with my oily skin.

I placed an order on 8/15/16 I was not informed item was on back order I called company 2 weeks later to check status on shipping and was told to call back a week later, I called a week later and the company told me it should be shipping the following Monday, I finally received the item on 9/2/16 opened it followed the instructions and nothing, the product does NOT work its just shiny gloss for $29.95 no tingling, no plumping NOTHING, I called back to the company on 9/7/16 to return the product and the customer service rep told me they didn't send out return labels, is this because so many people are unsatisfied with the products?

I was sold on a lasting tint that could withstand water and I honestly had a better experience with drug store waterproof mascara. I tested it out in the shower and came out with nothing on. I even put it on before bed to test how smudge proof it was (as that's how it was advertised) and woke up looking like a raccoon. I thought the return process would be easy but even that was misleading. I had to fill out forms and pay to have the product shipped. So I took my lose and just threw the mascara away.

I have purchased wonderbrow twice now. Each time it has been a quick and easy process. The product arrives in a couple days with no problems. The product is a little pricey for me (single mom) but it lasts a long time and works better than anything I've ever bought. So it's worth it!

need to offer a taupe color. product a little to liquidy to paint on, dries quickly but if you get anywhere on your skin under/over brow, can't really get off without starting over.

Best stuff i have ever used. I will not use anything else .
