Got an email the next day saying my order has shipped. After 15 days, still no sign of my order.emailed customer service , they informed the product I ordered was not even in stock. I replied right away to cancel my order as it will not arrive in time for my trip. It's been over 3 weeks., The customer service NEVER RESPONDED BACK. Never heard back again... Meaning ~Your company just stole money and not bothered to provide product. Is Very shameful business practice. Reporting to BBB.

Wonder brow is awesome. Been using product and company for about a year. I have thyroid a disease which means I have very few eyebrows. Wonder brow has made a huge difference in my makeup routine!

The product only works if you actually have eyebrows. Unfortunately, the purpose for buying something to draw eyebrows with is because you do not have them, and I only have hair on the beginning of my eyebrows. The colors offered are too light, with a darkish brown tint. My eyebrows are naturally jet black, and so is my hair, so light to darkish brown does not work. The brush that comes in the container is terrible and doesn't allow for fine lines, if desired. You have to use an angled brush. While whatever you are able to draw on your face does last, even in water, getting this product on your eyebrow area is difficult, rendering the product useless.

I like how easy it is to work on my eyebrows and I can create my eyebrow when I'm feeling creative, every other day.

Returned product did not work for me. Still waiting for my refund. It's been over a month now

Colors not dark enough, black/brown is too light.

I ordered Wunder Kiss on August 22nd. I received an email saying that a shipping label was created that day. August 30th the product still had not shipped out so I contacted support. It took over 24 hours to get a response and all I was told was: " I am very sorry for the delay you are experiencing. Do to high demand the shipping has delayed with this product. You should receive your order between 7-10 business days. If you have any other question or concerns, please feel free to contact us." It now says I will receive the product by September 17th. Almost a whole month later.
