Easy to order, arrived on promised time. The product is as advertised.

The first few applications took me several minutes on each side to get them even. This is partly because of the gel and just getting used to how it applies. It feels cakey at first, but after a few uses, I don't even notice that anymore. Now, I spend about 2 minutes (as advertised) a morning, touching up or reapplying. I've received a few compliments - -asked if I had an eyebrow weave, got tattooed, etc. my eyebrows are very fine, cover a small area, and crooked due to a scar (one is higher than the other). Wunderbrow has enabled me to even them out, elongate them, and not worry about them the rest of the day. They don't last 3 days, more like two. But it's still worth it to me. Thanks Wunderbrow!

Thank you for being interested enough in quality control to allow this forum. Sadly, I was hoping for a product that would allow me to have color to my brows for at least a few days. I don't think I should have to buy additional products to make that happen. I also found this cumbersome and difficult to apply a natural looking brow line. I still have to fill in with my pencil brow to get the color and look I want. The brunette that I ordered was too light. I've never had to use anything darker than that, most especially the black/brown. This is a very good idea for a product, as I don't like having to apply color to my brows everyday and it usually wears off. Again, thank you for this opportunity to share, it shows you do want the best for your customers.

I was not happy with this product. The color was not at all what I expected. I ordered the black/brown and it looked more gray. I called and complained. I was supposed to get a refund but that hasn't happened yet. I think this product is more hype than quality. Also the brush did not make for easy, precise application. I would not buy this product agsin.

In order to optimize the use of this product, I had to purchase brow stencils. It was difficult to draw brows freehand, even following the lines of my natural brows. Stencils could be offered as an option to improve the beauty of your brows.

It is not as easy to apply as video makes it. It took a very long time to do and that was having a professional beautician apply. Doesn't last.
