Gave it a 2nd chance.
This is my second time ordering Wonderbrow. The first time I ordered black/brown and it was too light for my eyebrows, I looked like I aged. Application was not a problem as Injust used an angled brush. This past order was jet black, there is no way to lighten it; it looks like black grease. There needs to be a happy medium. My suggestion would be an off black. I typically use Anastasia and I have no issues with their colors. I am not returning mine because too many people have commented on threads that this was not an easy transaction.
