Cracked and Dry!
I purchased this product as a gift. I didn't open anything until the gift was given and it was dried out. As we looked closer the tube was cracked. I contacted customer service and the started the item could not be replaced. So much for purchasing an order from them again .

the color for brunettes is way to light and it doesn't last 3 days

Hi Michelle, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.

I can't share my experience because you sent me the wrongc color..! I am still waiting for an answer for my claim to your customer service.

Great product.
Lasts all day through wearing sunglasses or regular glasses and doesn't rub off. My only problem is I wish the applicator brush was a little easier to use...
