I had no contact with KF Beauty once I had placed my order. They confirmed my order immediately and shipped it shortly thereafter and it arrived quickly and was well packed in a padded envelope so, to that end, it was a great experience. However Wunder2, itself, is not quite what I expected. It is a paste, not a cream - the instructions are to "swish" the product across the areas you are wanting to correct... you cannot swish paste. I also didn't like that it's colored - I am not dark skinned but the product dried to a white almost crust like substance that in no way looked normal. So I started using it as a night creme and that seems to be working better for me (I put a good moisturizer over the top of it). I did put it on as close to the instructed method as possible (with paste) but "swishing" is, as I explained earlier, not possible. It clumps on... that's just the way it is and I've shaken and shaken the tube but the results are still that it is a paste. So just know that - it is colored and it is not a real creme. If you are okay with that, you will be able to use it like I have - a good moisturizer over the top really does help.

This is great! I used to have thin eyebrows. Using this producat makes my eyebrows look fuller!! Love it! So easy to apply!!

I liked the product, I just ordered the wrong color. The brunette is a little lighter than I thought. I need to get the brown black color

The product is good. However, I had read that it would stay on over night - it does not. Maybe if does if you sleep on your back all night and your pillow does not rub it? I tested this out many times and it never stayed on throughout the night. If you have oily skin, this is probably not a good product for you. It is hard to get that natural look but if you are able to achieve it, it does a great job in lasting all day compared to pencils I have used in the past. If you brush it too much after application, your hairs will have the gray-ish color to it - not a fan of that. I never did test it out in the water over the summer, would be interested to know if it stays on during water activities. It removes easily in the shower with my own cleansing cream.

Color was good. Stayed on all day but the next day it starts to wear off and looks old. I had to reapply again the next day. I followed instructions to a T. No moisturizer, dry skin, etc. wish it would stay on longer and look better the second day.

My brows grow very sparse, but WunderBrow makes me look as if I was born with healthy full looking brows!!!!!

I love this product!! I am by no means a make up artist, but my eye brows are thin! This product is easy to use and lasts like it says

I found it to be very hard to work with. The brush was way too thick. I much prefer a creme or powder to this. It was very messy and I am pretty good with makeup. Not worth it.
